CRO engagements are shorter and more concentrated than full website builds, so a simple two-stage schedule keeps the project moving.
Audit & diagnosis begins
Confirms the engagement and starts research, analytics review, journey diagnosis and prioritisation.
Recommendations & handover
Paid when the agreed analysis/recommendations are ready and before final files, implementation package or handover.
GOOGLE ADS & META ADS
Monthly management — paid in advance
Advertising management is ongoing work rather than a one-time build, so the management fee is paid at the start of each service month.
Management month begins
The selected monthly management fee is due before campaign management for that billing period begins.
Paid directly to the ad platform
Google/Meta advertising budgets are not included in the management fee unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Project timelines begin after the required first payment and the information/assets needed to start have been received. Work outside the agreed scope, paid software, hosting, domains, advertising spend and third-party charges may be quoted separately.
